"It feels very safe and it’s very quiet. There are may families with children here and the children come out and play. We’ve never heard of an accident with the kids. My kids and I go out and walk regularly and enjoy seeing all the animals and the stillness of the streets. "
  • Rosana
"Its an up coming area, with still some affordable housing, surrounded by mountains trails, parks, gold courses and newly open shopping centers. Great neighborhood, very family oriented. I love it here. "

"pretty well trained by the owners.not a lot of dog walkers though at least not where I'm at .and most dogs I see and hear are in the fence. I see more trash on the ground than anything.and lots of strollers and baskets .most people are pretty cool though or at least they seem that way .not all people but most.i pretty much don't hang with everyone I might say hello but that about covers it I don't know what dog owners would think about this neighborhood I don't own a dog and I can't speak for the other people only for myself. but everybody has a good side and a bad side everybody so I don't judge what others think it's not my job to be quite honest I have enough on my plate to think about so thank you be safeand God bless you. how about your opinion what do you think they would think? God bless "

  • Ellenlporter
"The Walk Rubidoux, an effort by organization Healthy Jurupa Valley, to promote Rubidoux through inexpensive beautification projects and a Shop the Walk shop local promotion. Most of this focuses on Mission Ave., one of Jurupa Valley's main streets, especially vital to Rubidoux. The Trulia boundaries for Rubidoux also take in Jurupa Hills and at least part of Indian Hills, these "hills" neighborhoods are different from Rubidoux but great to live in."
  • Herrerarenae77
"none that I am aware other then school events Christmas events that are Jarupa Valley on the other side of my location. although we do have the fireworks show at Rubidoux mountain. That I can see from my apt .That is all that I know of from my side. "
  • Berlyn C.
"We have a community yard sale and a parade durning Christmas time, the firefighters collect toys for the Adopt a Family program "
  • Margaret L. I.
"Our neighborhood is visited in December by Santa’s train ride. The younger children and parents really enjoy this. Our neighborhood is family friendly yet quiet with respect for each other. We have community Farmers Market by the Walgreens Drug Store in town each week. BBQ and food tasting events in town by the Theaters. Several events each year are held at the Jurupa Valley Community Center a few blocks away. Skating boarding and youth sports are held there as well. "
  • Monserrate Q.
"its a nice quiet area. not too far from shopping centers, schools and parks. near the fwy 60 and 91. "
