There is a front porch with a room for BBQ.

House has central heat.

Location also very close to, Einstein Hospital, Septa Regional Rail and 3 supermarkets (FreshGrocer, Aldi and Family Dollar).

Available June 1st

You will need first month rent as a deposit to reserve house.
Last month rent and security deposit due upon signing a lease.
You will need income to be at least 3 times the rent, we run a credit and background check. We do allow co-signers.
House will be available June 1st 2024, it will be painted and refurbished prior to move in.
