The house is near I-70 and US-63, surrounding area with golf courses, parks, hospitals, various shops and restaurants. Friendly neighborhood. Clean and well-maintained, Non smoking and pet-free. Both the front and back yards are spacious and the lawns are well-kept. washer and dryer were purchased last year.
Tenants with good credit scores are preferred. At least 3x rent income. No smoking is allowed inside of the house including garage. Pet is negotiable.

Lawn maintenance and all utilities are tenants responsibility. No smoking allowed. Deposit and first month rent are due upon signing the lease.

The landscaping is always kept up and all of us who live by the lake all seem to be “outdoor people”.
