About this House

Cute 2 BR cape cod style home located on a quiet street across from General Sherman Junior High School. Home features hardwood floors throughout as well as a full unfinished basement for storage. The home has a large fenced in backyard with a side deck and patio. 2 car garage offers off street parking. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis.

* Move in/possession date is as soon as possible. Rent is $750 per month and the security deposit is $750 for a total move-in cost of $1,500.
* We may be willing to discuss having a small dog in the home for an extra monthly pet fee.
* There is a basement with storage / washer dryer hookup as well as a 2 car garage for off street parking
* Rent is due on or before the last business day of the month for the following month's rent. For example, rent for August 2020 would be due on or before Friday, July 31, 2020 which is the last business day of the month.
* Renters pay all utilities. Gas, water, electric.
* Renters are responsible for maintaining yard, patio and keeping flower beds maintained.
* We are currently not accepting Section 8 / metro vouchers.
* We are currently not accepting any applicants who are currently going thru the eviction process or that have had an eviction in the previous 4 years.
* There is no smoking inside the home.

This area isn't to bad but I would nit recommend my apartments to anyone. They are invested with drugs, bugs and and slum lords. But the houses and area around are very decent."

    "I’ve lived in this area from birth until 19 or 20 I moved away for about 15 years maybe a few more growing up it was a safe area neighbors friendly could leave your door unlocked I would not really be able to say the same now as most of small town USA it has been taken over by drug pushers and users this area is known for methamphetamine use and manufacturing wish it was how I remember it growing up but I still wouldn’t say it’s the worst area it’s just not as wholesome as it once was"
