Our experience at the school was absolutely horrific.. my child was bullied daily not only by students but also by staff. My child was called racial slurs many times by specific students, teachers never did anything about it. They constantly turned a blind eye and acted as if they didn't hear it. Until I went to the Metro office to file a complaint. Then all of a sudden they could finally do something and take care of the issue, before the end of the school year at least a month. So my child had to deal with this every day for a year at the school before anybody would do anything about it. My son also had an IEP and did not receive the proper education or help he needed to succeed. They got to pay out while my child suffered academically. Mr. Rump is not a good principal like many in leadership positions at FWCS. If you can help at all not sending your child to any schools with an fwcs I would advise you do so. Absolutely stay away from this school.
