The lease term will be for one year. Tenant will agree to vacate the Property by the end of the lease term.

Tenant will provide a security deposit of $1200 in cash upon signing the Lease Agreement. This deposit will be refundable within 30 days of the termination of the lease, subject to any deductions for damages.
