About this House

You will fall in love with me! You'll feel it before you've fully cleared the front door and yes, there's a pool and yes, it's fantastic, but let me show off a little first. Nearly 4,000 square feet. A two-story interior with actual architectural opinions. A three-car garage. Multiple bonus rooms. Four bedrooms upstairs. A screened porch. And a setting in The Lakes of Rolesville so private the deer probably think they own it. I am not a Tuesday-afternoon rental. Step inside and look up. My two-story foyer sends the ceiling soaring, framed by hardwood floors, detailed millwork, graceful columns and decorative ironwork sweeping along the staircase. Guests will gasp audibly and you'll get to act like it's no big deal. My formal dining room is built for holidays, milestone dinners, and the nights everyone lingers at the table so long the candles need replacing. Then I open into my two-story living room, where a dramatic wall of windows floods the hardwood floors with light. Custom built-ins and a fireplace anchor the space, and somehow, despite all that grandeur, it's still the room where everyone ends up in sweatpants by nine. My kitchen refuses to choose between beautiful and useful, so it's both. Granite countertops, a generous center island, gas cooktop, double wall ovens, stainless appliances, abundant cabinetry, and pantry storage big enough to hide a Costco trip from your family. Cook together, gather at the island, or just hover near the good smells. Brand-new refrigerator installed before move-in. Downstairs, I hand you two full bonus rooms and let you fight it out. One has built-ins and can become a bedroom, private office or study. The other, formerly a workout room, is ready to keep being a gym or reinvent itself as an office, a studio, or a very ambitious craft room. Two flex spaces means nobody has to share their treadmill dreams. Upstairs, everybody wins. My primary suite is generously proportioned with a tray ceiling, a detailed accent wall, plush new carpet, and an en-suite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, separate shower, private water closet, and enough storage to justify impulse shopping. Three more bedrooms give everyone real square footage to call their own, plus a full bath with dual sinks, so four kids brushing their teeth doesn't turn into a standoff. Then there's my oversized upstairs game-day bonus room with a custom bar. An actual bar! Football headquarters, movie marathons, billiards, cards, and the phrase "we're only staying for one game" may become a very flexible statement around here. Even laundry gets its own real room: upper and lower cabinetry, counter space, and a utility sink, plus a brand-new washer and dryer waiting for you before move-in. Now we can finally step outside. My large screened porch overlooks the wooded backyard, perfect for morning coffee, dinner outdoors, rainy afternoons, or evenings with nowhere else to be. Off the deck, the yard opens with mature trees, established landscaping, generous lawn space, and a private fenced pool area holding the main event: a heated, in-ground saltwater pool. No coolers to pack, no chairs to hunt down, no one loaded into a car just walk outside in whatever you're wearing and decide swim or float. Pool service is included, so your only job is showing up in a suit. My three-car garage keeps vehicles, bikes, tools, and storage from staging a coup on your driveway, and I sit private and peaceful while keeping Wake Forest, Rolesville, and Raleigh comfortably close. What actually makes me memorable isn't the square footage. It's Saturday coffee on the screened porch. Everyone claiming a favorite room. Game night upstairs. Dinner running late. Bare feet heading for the pool. That exhale at the door when the day finally lets go of you. Come meet me. I think you'll know. Call my agent for all the details!

"I have lived in Wake Forest since 2004. Wake Forest has not done the best with infrastructure, but we have liked the neighborhoods we have lived in. "
  • Elizabeth Miller
"Lovely town with quaint feel but near larger cities of Raleigh and Durham with loads of shops and medical resources."
  • Lou 3000
"Everyone normally cleans after their pups and keeps them leashed. Neighborhood is normally clean and neighbors normally tend to their lawn."
  • Taliaxo194
"So far so good. 4 months in. Everyone is super ā€œneighborlyā€ Would recommend to families. "
  • Itriplie94
"I drive 18min to get to work grocery stores are nearby and fast food is nearby as well I drive 10min to closest car charger"
  • Dakotac
"Feels like a hallmark town. Stuff around but not overcrowded feeling!! Lots of greenery & a cute downtown"
  • Lou 3000
"The neighborhood has a lot of side walks. There are also many hills in this neighborhood. Walking trails are near so this is perfect for dog walking. "
  • Lou 3000
"Many walking trails, libraries and other extracurricular activities available for kids. Not many sidewalk accessibility other than main neighborhood."
  • Danielle Livingston
"I am not familiar with community events that make our neighborhood feel special. There is Friday Night on White; it is not special. "
  • Madison Smith
"Lots of families and group events. Everyone is friendly and I feel safe in this area. Would recommend "
  • Monica.ortega70
"Nice quiet neighborhood with well kept homes with huge property lots. Family oriented neighborhood "
  • Madison Smith
"Very friendly neighbors, great community that respects each other. Not sure about schooling because my little is 1 but I’ve heard good things."
  • Monica.ortega70
"Big yards for dogs to play in. Friendly neighborhood for walking your dog. Many parks and trails to take your dog on hikes. "
  • Brittany Brathwaite
"Really nice area for family and enjoyable living. Plenty of fun things to do. You will need transportation. Some residents like to complain because the sky is blue - but other than that, great place to live outside of Raleigh. "
  • Michael Roberti
"The commute to Morrisville and back is brutal. Lots of traffic on US 1 and 540. Accidents every day. People drive like maniacs weaving in and out of traffic. It is the only drawback to living here."
  • Vhfdbgt7kd
"We have a neighborhood pool with snack bar and bar which families can join. Kids can then participate in swim team. "
  • Brittany Brathwaite
"All of the people here are very friendly except for the few that seem to forget what it’s like to be a kid (or teenager) and enjoy being alive!"
  • Sally Dixon
"Location location location! Lots of community events, town events lots to do and see. Beautiful greenway and lots of amenities! "
  • Brittany Brathwaite
"There are great families, schools parks and resources for everyone. But not many outlets for teens. "
  • Ljaddison
"The community is walkable and has ample walking and bike trails, a large community pool, and all grounds are well maintained. "
  • Brittany Brathwaite
"People walk their dogs and for the most part, they’re responsible for the pet’s waste. Unfortunately, people are less tolerable of middle school age children and high schoolers simply being kids. "
  • PegH
"A real sense of community. We all look out for each other; never is it as obvious as when the last bad storm came through. Everyone was out the next morning helping to clean up tree limbs and leaves from the entire cut-de-sac, not just their own yard, sharing tools, equipment and man power. "
  • Peggymhaas
"We’ve lived here for 14+ years and love it. This little town has so much to offer; great restaurants, theater, parks, greenways and wonderful people! "
  • Andrew W.
"Pools are awesome. Neighbors are awesome. Convenient to everything you need. Great community! "
  • Lwbenn
"A bit of traffic around 4:00 to 6:00pm. My neighborhood is gated and has a very nice, exclusive Country Club. My neighborhood has it’s very own private security service and they constantly patrol the neighborhood."
  • Camcolwill
"This is a good neighborhood to raise children. The only concern I would have as a parent of a teenager would be them learning to drive in heavy traffic"
  • Patsy
"Schools are great. Very family oriented there is something for everyone in Wake Forest. Lots of nature & not far from Raleigh."
  • Naresh G.
"Quiet, not crowded No traffic Nice neighbors Family friendly community Plenty of supermarkets Awesome trails for hiking "
  • Camcolwill
"Community events in the park and on the Main Street are popular events for the community. The farmers market and the dog park are also popular"
  • Kingangel73
"Wake Forest is warm and welcoming. It is family oriented and pet friendly. The school are great and there's tons of things to do. "
  • Patsy
"Challenging at peak times of the day, considering I am commuting to and from Raleigh for work. Capital Blvd & Louisburg can be a nightmare."
  • Peggymhaas
"I am retired but when I was working I worked in Cary, NC which generally required a 45 minute to 1 hour commute."
  • Peggymhaas
"N/A. Retired but when I did work it was a 45 minute drive to Cary, NC. If I took Capital Blvd. the drive time could be an hour or more. "
  • Peggymhaas
"I am retired. When I worked my commute was 40+ minutes. However, it was quite scenic, crossing the lake and past several horse farms. "
  • WF Resident
"There are quite a few dog owners in my neighborhood. Most are responsible owners, but there are those that walk their dogs at night and allow them to relieve themselves in their neighbors yards. This is the part I dislike. I sit on my porch at night and you wouldn’t believe the things I see dog owners allow their dogs to do."
  • Peggym
"Meet in the Street, Friday Night on White, MardiGras, the lighting of the Christmas Tree all make Wake Forest special. "
  • Julie B. .
"Dog owners walk their dogs and there are trails in the common area for dogs to run. The lots sizes are big enough to have privacy from other neighbors. Fences are allowed. "
  • Kerryjuliekane
"Ladies night out. Walking with friends. Bells lake access for fun trails. Fall pizza gathering in culdesac. "
