Pet Policy: 2 Pets maximum, all pets subject to approval. Additional pets may be considered on a case by case basis for an additional non-refundable pet deposit. Pets must be spayed/neutered. No puppies or kittens under 1 year allowed. Non-refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet PLUS $40 per pet, per month pet rent applies.

Tenant to pay all utilities (Electric, Water/Sewer, Garbage, Cable/Internet).

Tenant responsible for ongoing yard maintenance.

Rental Terms: Non-refundable Application Fee: $35 ; Holding Deposit/1st Months Rent: $2,550 ; Security/Damage Deposit $2,550; non-refundable pet deposit (if applicable)

Criteria that could result in denial of application and residency for all applicants include:
- Criminal history and/or activity by any proposed occupant which presents a danger to persons and/or property, or the peace and enjoyment of the others in the community. Determinations as to criminal activity screening will be made on a case-by-case basis and are based on several factors.
- Negative credit issues which may indicate applicant is high-risk, or a pattern of payment delinquency
- Excessive debt which may impact applicant's ability to pay rent
- Open bankruptcy
- Unverifiable social security number
- Falsifying or omitting of any information
- Submitting an incomplete application and/or failing to provide requested information within 24 hours
