Use of rear yard with two car tandem parking. Cat ok No Dogs. Rear grass private yard. Gardener services property. One car parking in driveway included.

First months rent and deposit required, with credit check fee paid to Zillow. One person preferred two people max per Kern County. One or Two cats at $10 per cat rent. No deposit for cat. No Dogs please don't ask. No smoking inside of unit. If you meet these terms, and would like to rent unit, I can show unit, if you like it we can proceed with credit check.     "The schools are some of the most underperforming in Bakersfield, the parks are overran by homeless, the drug abusers will steal anything they can get their hands on (including my front porch bench and my lawn sprinkler.) The streets are like an obstacle course between avoiding pot holes and pedestrians running out in front of you. The rent is cheap though, so that’s cool. "

We don’t keep nothing of value in the vehicles so we do t worry a lot about it. Where we live most of the homes are rentals and they take pride in keep the grass cut. It’s funny the homeowners that live I. There home here let there yard go. Great area to live."
