- Large walk-in closet with shelving
- It's a 5-minute drive to I-15 and I-215! Great spot for commuting, regardless of where you work in the valley.
- The clubhouse features two large pools and a hot tub.
- Don't forget the gym, exercise room, game room, and gathering space. The park and playground are perfect for the kids!
- No lease initiation fee, just the $45 Rentler fee to apply and do the background/credit check.
- My goal is to be the best landlord you've ever had. I'm not some impersonal rental management corporation I'm a real person who wants to take care of my tenants. I don't do hidden fees and I take maintenance requests seriously. I'm happy to provide you with contact information for my former tenants so you can get a feel for how I strive to treat my renters.

Rent includes the $220 monthly HOA fee. This HOA fee covers water, sewer, exterior maintenance (landscaping, snow removal), and use of pool and clubhouse.

I own several pets myself, and so I know that pets are an important part of your family. While I do allow pets, I do have restrictions on certain breeds of dogs (mostly based on size). As part of the application process, I would love to either meet your dog or contact previous landlords to verify that he/she would a good fit for this home. Pet rent ranges from $35-$55, based on size and breed. I do not require a pet deposit-- just the monthly pet rent.
