"I was raised in Roy, Utah. Always loved the friendly people of Hooper and the country atmosphere. I now live in Hooper and if I could choose ANY place on earth I would remain in Hooper!! Very friendly people and very active community!! Lots of community activities and still has that small town feel. Wonderful place to raise your children!! It is SAFE and everyone keeps an eye on everyone's homes and animals for them when they are away. You can not ask for a better closer knit community than Hooper, Utah!!"
