New wood floors with carpet in the bedrooms & a new roof. Located close to Fresno State, Save Mart Center, shopping, restaurants, Old Town Clovis & in the sought after Clovis School District.
A small dog may be allowed, however we would require an additional Pet Deposit of $600

Unit is available immediately. We require a One Year Lease, after which it is Month to Month. $1,950 a month + a $1,950 Security Deposit. Rent is due on the 1st of each month & late after the 5th, $50 late fee. Applicant(s) must have excellent credit. Renters insurance is not required, however it is recommended for your own benefit.

Most people seem to be very dog friendly and it’s nice when you’re out for a walk with your fur baby, that you will almost always meet someone who wants to say hello or has a dog that you want to say hello to and they will let you. This seems to be a dog friendly area. Only one neighbor whose dog is either crying or howling in terrible hours of the night at times and that is annoying for sure!"

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
