NO PETS ALLOWED Rental payment is due on the first of each month and is considered late on the 5th of the month. A $100.00 late charge is added to rent on the 6th of the month. If full payment is not received by the 7th of the month Eviction papers will be filed. NO EXCEPTIONS. A 12 month lease is required.

    "it seems everyone hear has dogs. A lot of neighborhoods don't have side walks. Their is every type of business, restaurant and entertainment you would find in a major city. We are 35 to 40 minutes from New Orleans without having. to deal with the crime in New Orleans. We are 7 miles from the Mississippi border. The Mississippi Gulf coast is about 25 to 30 minutes away. There is entertainment to fit any budget from a variety of Hotels and Casino's to prestin beaches. "
