The Resident agrees to pay the Landlord a Lease Break Fee equal to one month of rent ($2,500) before this agreement will be null and void. The resident shall pay for all utility services during the Lease Term and connection charges and deposits for activating existing utility connections to the Premises. Parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or front parking lot. All vehicles parked shall be operatable and bear current a license plate. The landlord shall give the Resident three (3) days' notice to remove the vehicles, or the Landlord shall have it removed at the Tenant's expense. Landlord shall not be responsible for loss or damage to the Resident's personal property. Smoking inside of either dwellings is not allowed. All complaints and requests shall be made to the Landlord. The resident shall also give immediate notice to the Landlord of any accident, property damage, or injury.
