.This is a 1 bedroom in the South Hampton neighborhood of St. Louis; easy walking distance to the Target on Hampton and the shops of Hampton Village, and a 4 minute walk to The Mack. It is a lower level apartment in a two-family flat. It comes with your own washer and dryer and large storage area in the basement. The apartment has a lot of character: large glass and wood built in cabinets, sunset-facing stained glass windows, french doors, as well as other small details. There is a small sunroom off the kitchen that has been used as an office.It is an extremely well-insulated home; even in the ruthless winter we had last year, all of my utilities combined were never more than $150/month. Land lord is very responsive and laid back. The unit is now remodeled and ready for a tenant! New floors in the kitchen new paint and repairs throughout the unit and also an updated bathroom!

No pets and no smoking are requested.
