5. Clear Copies of a Government photo issued ID AND Social Security or ITIN AND Proof of income (minimum 3 most current paystubs)
6. Credit FICO score of 660 or higher
7. $50 money order or cashier's check payable to Berro Management for the Application Fee per Adult
8. Co-signers are only accepted for Full-time students (Co-signers must make four (4) times the monthly rent)
