"This area is starting to take on a life of its own, I was lucky enough to have purchased a flipped home in this area during the housing bust. Do to the quick access to the highway and central location between the airport and down town more highend investors are moving in to the area. I would get in early if you could, sales prices are public information and they speak for themselves."
