Isle Smile is a 2 bedroom/1 bath featuring
* KING bed in master,
* 3 twins (bunks + trundle)
 + a twin-to-king daybed in kitchen area
 washer/dryer conveniently located in the shed just outside the master bedroom door
complimentary cart available for *most* guests for getting around inside the resort - Additional deposit may apply. *If approved, a separate agreement must be made to include cart

Must be 25 to rent

Water, power, cable, internet, & parking is typically included for longer term off-season guests

Pets are considered on a case by case basis with applicable pet fee(s).

We ask a full months rent which converts on date of stay to damage deposit and is refundable following the stay assuming there's no damages/fines/agreement violations. An additional deposit may be required for use of golf-cart.

PLEASE NOTE- this property is not available until 10/27 at earliest. It also is a SHORT TERM rental, and is a vacation rental, not for establishing residency or for someone seeking long term stay.

Linens are guests responsibility. We provide quilts on each bed and bath mats.

We reserve the right to break up agreement per month.

If any violations of the agreement are made, owner reserves the right to immediately end agreement if they choose, without refund on remaining days.

    "They seem to call the lot of a demolished house a dog park if that tells you the size ... it's not very dog friendly. they try to license dogs but nobody cares. most of the people are rude and or transplants from out of state.. the dog park is more mud pit when it rains and without bug spray in the summer good luck.
