"I've lived in Montebello for a long time...it's a nice geographic. neighborhood, but unfortunately not all neighbors show respect ie ,.parking in grass..junk in front yard ..to many cars to one house....etc."
  • Pearlbess
"I've lived in Montbello a long long time..ready to move on..some good neighbors maintaining their lawns, etc...some not so well...becomes not a good thing at times."
  • williamcooks
"This area is starting to take on a life of its own, I was lucky enough to have purchased a flipped home in this area during the housing bust. Do to the quick access to the highway and central location between the airport and down town more highend investors are moving in to the area. I would get in early if you could, sales prices are public information and they speak for themselves."
