Our 3 bed / 3 bath condo comes with everything the family needs or a couple that likes to have occasional guests and an extra room for an office/studio. It has a roomy open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, balcony off the living room and master bedroom with amazing views, full kitchen, and dining area. The amenities include a gas fireplace, a walk-in tub in the master, laundry with washer/dryer, and a parking spot in the detached multi-unit garage.

The kitchen has recently been remodeled with new appliances, new countertops, and a new sink/faucet.The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/filtered water/ice dispenser, stove top/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The bedrooms are furnished with king (master), and queen beds. The master bathroom has a long counter with double sinks and a walk-in jacuzzi tub that doubles as a shower (with a handheld shower head). The 2 other bathrooms have good sized vanities with a single sink and tub/shower with glass sliding door enclosures.

The condo is 1 of 7 units in the building and is accessed up 1 set of stairs (at either end of the building) and is situated in the middle of the building. It's a well-maintained building and the HOA and property management company is engaged in ensuring the environment stays clean, well maintained, and pleasant for all residents.

Because this unit is on the top (2nd floor) in the middle of the building, it gets some natural heat from below, gets afternoon sunlight, and has a gas fireplace in the family room that all offset the need for extensive use of the electric heat.
Renter responsible for removal of trash to dumpsters provided by condo association.
No A/C, but summer daytime temps average beautiful mid-70s F, and nights are crisp and cool. The living room and master bedroom have ceiling fans, and the unit has a nice cross breeze when opening windows/doors on the front and back of the unit.
In the winter, the HOA plows the drive and parking area, and shovels if there are substantial amounts of snow on sidewalks or stairs. If there is only an inch or two of snow on parts of the stairs and walks that are not covered, residents of the building clear as needed.
Dog friendly (max 2 small or 1 medium/large), but please no cats (owners have major allergies)
o Additional deposit and rent for having a dog
o Dog must be 85 lbs or less and the following dog breeds are not allowed: Pit Bull, Rottweilers, and Dobermans
o Strict HOA policy Dogs cannot be left unattended outside and you must immediately clean up after your dog.
Note: Since this unit is on the 2nd floor, you must walk down with your dog to the ground level
o There is open space across the road from the condo that is very convenient for a quick dog walk

    "I used to live up in this area. It is expensive. There are no (good) schools surrounding. But for the exquisite views, many that live up here are rich white suburban retirees, who come up every once in a while to brag about how they too, are true Coloradans. The safety up here is fine, not exceptional, not poor. It is pet friendly, but who's out here to regulate? When we were robbed it took police 45 minutes to get to our house. It's a good place for hiking... Walking anywhere is impossible. The restaurants are gaudy if anything. My favorite little restaurant was closed down two years back, and now a colossal, extremely expensive one stands in its place. Of course the parks and recreation is fantastic, but the missing trees, taken from the pine beetle really takes away from the experience. The traffic as well is terrible. Of course, it depends on where you live, but it does take forever to drive (one of the main reasons we sold) Parking: nothing special. Entertainment and nightlife? not much to brag about... stay inside. Public transportation? adds to traffic and takes FOREVER. Cleanliness? sure... again, rich white neighborhood wouldn't have anything dirty, like actual dirt and Colorado grass stand in their way! Finally, Community Involvement... Or LACK THEREOF! There is none of this. I keep bringing up rich white retirees because I am one. And I spent my days in a massive house just like this one, and I had no community. No one did. DO NOT BUY THIS HOME. unless you want to fit into the stereotypical norm here. Boredom. In one word."
