Single person. Private bedroom in a 2 bedroom house. Single level. Double closets. Wood type flooring. Living room, family room, large kitchen. Large covered patio on a 1.5 acre property that is shared with some mini homes. Horses are allowed for additional rent. Riding arena, round pen, bridle paths. Only a few horses are allowed. Owner has an office in the house. Private bathroom, tub and shower, shared a few hours during the work week when the office is occupied. Laundry room. Gated property.

Prefer a years lease. Smoking only outside. Small dog ok with additional pet deposit of $200 if it gets along with the current dog and is housebroke.

All deposits are refundable as long as property is returned in its original clean shape less normal wear and tear. Furniture is available, bed, desk, chair in bedroom.
The front living room would be considered for your use. The family room the other tenant uses for tv etc. Fully furnished.

If the renter streams a lot they should have their own wireless wifi available through many sources.
