Move in date anytime after July 31st.

New development private master bedroom with private bathroom in shared house. The room is huge and will be rented for $1575/mo. Couples are ok. Utilities are not included and will be split by all tenants. Utilities are roughly $100/mo.

You will have access to common spaces (backyard, dining room, living room, laundry, etc.) and unlimited kitchen access. There is laundry / dryer on site for use. Additionally you will have a designated garage parking space.

The house currently has other roommates, each in their own room. They are into gaming (both video and board game), going out to bars or good food. All are young professionals. We are pretty laid back, the only thing is we prefer a very clean household, so must be clean. We also have a maid who helps with deep cleaning and comes every two weeks.

Public spaces are furnished. The room is not.

We are looking for young professional roommates who are either in college or working full time. We want somebody who is chill, clean, and respectful.

No pets. A cat may be ok if kept to your room.

Month to month. One month deposit required.
