This two-story home has been renovated and sits on a small, manicured lot. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are located upstairs. New appliances and washer and dryer have been installed. Updated lighting, remodeled bathrooms and fresh painting and flooring throughout. One car garage with garage opener and remote. Small above ground deck located off of the family room.
The tenant is responsible for all utilities. No pets are allowed. Renters are responsible for maintaining the property as received, including the lawncare. No smoking allowed on the property. The lease duration is 12 months and renewed yearly. The rent is due in full on the first day of each month. However, the tenant is given a grace period until the end of the day on the 5th. If the rent is not received by the fifth day, there will be a $50.00 late fee assessed on day six. Routine property inspections will be scheduled throughout the year. Rental Criteria: Rental History, Current Income Verification, References, Credit Reports, and Background Checks. Each applicant 18 years of age and above must complete the application process. Please Note: Rental Insurance must be verified prior to move-in.
