Very spacious 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Large newly remodeled main bedroom, updated Jack and Jill bedrooms share a bathroom and a newly remodeled upstairs suite. All bills are paid and lawncare is included.

The HVAC system is very efficient and only 1 year old. High speed AT&T 1 gigabyte wireless internet is included along with a wireless mesh network to ensure good coverage throughout the house including upstairs. Televisions are present in most of the rooms as well as a 65" Toshiba 4k tv in the den.

The kitchen is large and provides silverware, glasses, tableware, microwave and a coffee maker. A gas cooktop, 2 refrigerators, and a double electric oven are available to prepare meals. There is a breakfast nook as well as an adjoining dining room. A separate laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Ample parking is available with a 2 car garage, a large driveway, and partial cul-de-sac in front of the house. The house is pet friendly and would require pet deposits. Will allow small to midsize non-aggressive dog breeds and cats.
