Hello! I have a spare bedroom in my townhouse in the Heights (77007) located 10 minutes from downtown/midtown. The room is private and unfurnished. It also comes with a private bathroom and closet. You'll have also access to the backyard. There are shared common areas on the 2nd floor of the house. All bills included.

I am seeking a roommate who is clean, respectful, don't bring friends over to party. This can be short-term or long-term. Message me if interested.

Plus the bike path on Spring St provides excellent access to White Oak Bayou trail and parks. Very dog friendly."
