Upstairs boasts carpet throughout with tile in the main en-suite and hall bath. The kitchen was overhauled in 2023 and features Bosch appliances as well as artisan tile backsplash. The bathrooms upstairs were done in 2024 and are tastefully appointed. Ample storage can be found throughout the home as well as the three car garage which features an epoxied floor. Finally the house was upgraded with air conditioning and new heaters (dual zone) in 2022.

The backyard features three avocado trees which regularly produce, as well as lemon, lime, banana, and small orange trees. It has ample space for entertaining and is also fully fenced in. The yard does have a sprinkler system which will be required to run and maintain the yard. Landscaping is provided and paid for by the landlord each week.

Ceiling fans are featured in each of the upstairs bedrooms as well as the bonus room. All of the windows throughout the house have new composite shutters providing light filtering even if the windows are open which you'll do regularly with the cool coastal breezes.

Move in date is negotiable as well as lease term and pets. Leases less than 12 months will not be considered.
