Looking for a friendly, trustworthy roommate for a spacious 2nd floor, light-filled bedroom w/ large walk-in closet & ceiling fan. My bedroom is on main floor so plenty of privacy! You will have your own large living room right outside of bedroom & private full bath with tub/shower. You will also have access to my private yoga/exercise studio, equipped with many healing modalities/tools. Access to 2nd floor thru a separate entrance off rear staircase. I should have space for some storage, if needed. Please no pets. I don't have kids or pets. Outdoor space includes oversized front porch & huge patio with grill & furniture to relax outside - overlooking wetlands/mature trees. Upscale golf course neighborhood with walking paths, restaurants, parks, walking distance to library. I am easygoing, fun, & lead a quiet, deeply spiritual life. Rent includes all utilities, internet, use of my washer/dryer, decent sized kitchen, driveway parking, Winghaven amenities. Bedroom & living room has some furnishings & TV. Any questions just ask! Rent possibly negotiable based on amount of time there!

You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
