3. Lease Term:
The lease term is for one year, commencing on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].
4. Rent:

Early Termination by Tenant: Tenant may legally break the lease early under certain conditions, such as being a victim of domestic violence or other specified crimes [4].
Month-to-Month Tenancy: If the lease converts to a month-to-month tenancy, Landlord must provide at least 30 days' notice if Tenant has lived in the property for less than a year, and 60 days' notice if Tenant has lived there for more than a year.
