    "Pros: Nice trees and close to the river. Its also very close to the Fan and the parks at Maymont and getting into the Richmond downtown only takes 5-10 min. Getting on I-95 or I-64 is also very easy from Powhite Pkwy. Great neighborhood for biking and walking and a bike route goes through this area. Granite Pool is close by and that's a nice pool to join. Cons: There are some very nice houses in Westover Hills/Westover Hills West, especially near the river. But there are also some run down houses and foreclosures in the area. Traffic on Forest Hill can be bad at times. Not that many decent restaurants/bars/coffee shops in the area with the exception of maybe O'Toole's, Maldini's, and Taza coffee. As far as the previous comment about the trash and leaves next to the road, well we have to do that in this area so the City of Richmond will pick it up. They aren't going to pull into the driveway to pickup trash cans next to our houses and we don't all have alleys behind our houses to leave trash cans like they do in the fan. :) I give the area 4 stars because the area is improving and it is very close to the parks and the river."
