The master bedroom, kids bedroom and bathroom is on the second floor; bedroom #3 is on the first floor and could be used as a computer room or office. Ceiling fans were recently installed in the living room and master bedroom. Vanity top and mirror were recently installed in the nice sized bathroom, which also has an additional walk in closet. There is a small enclosed back porch, and small cellar basement. This apartment is the left side of a two-unit house. There is currently a green space lot to the west.
The apartment was recently remodeled, is clean and well maintained. It is available immediately.
