What Locals Say about Ventnor City

  • Maureen R.
"Feel welcome and the town creates a dog park. More condo buildings need to allow owners to have pets (small dogs) or they will have trouble selling units to younger couples "

"I live in Margate but would love to live in this area of Ventnor. There is a restriction on the size of the lots so each home has more land than any other shore area in this area. The homes are beautiful and there are only 3 blocks between the beach and the bay. Centered in the middle of Ventnor it is so easy to walk to all shopping areas and of course you have the boardwalk right out your door. Truly a slice of heaven living here. "
