About this House

This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is excellent for hosting and raising kids! The additional living area/game room allows adults to hang out in one room while safely observing their children in the other. Additional uses of the second living room can be for a game room, man cave, or the previous owner used it for her sewing/crafting business!! So many options! The kitchen is large and spacious and a great place to prepare meals together. Beautiful flowers line the front and back yard and the back yard is beautiful yet low maintenance. 2 storage sheds give tons of space for all your extras and our kids currently use one as a club house! Great schools nearby, particularly Whiteside elementary which is one of the best in Lubbock!! We have LOVED this home and the comfort and peace it exudes and the great neighbors but have just needed more bedrooms for our children!

Renter is responsible for all utility costs. Small dogs can be allowed upon discussion. Pet fees of $25 per approved pet per month (approval dependent on breed and size). $200 additional pet deposit. Yard maintenance is responsibility of renter. Lease is for 1 year. 3 month prior to lease ending, renter needs to sign extended lease agreement or verify they will be moving out. No smoking on premises.

Renter is expected to take care of property in regards to minor usage details such as changing light bulbs, clogged plumbing from use, etc. Landlord will take care of large repairs such as roofing, dishwasher, air conditioning, microwave.

Can be rented fully furnished as shown in pictures for an additional $250 a month.
