About this House

Greetings! We have a couple rooms for rent in this beautiful 4 bedroom home on the outskirts of Redding. House is on a quiet culdesac currently occupied by my son who's attending college at Shasta. Close to town and the I 5 , but far enough out to feel the peace of the country. Home is furnished

Renters acknowledge that they are joining us in a shared space. Each individual is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the house by cleaning up after themselves (no dishes left in sink, countertops kept clean and free of clutter etc) and keeping all personal effects confined to their own living space. This is a pet and drama free household. We're all good vibes and expect the same from anyone considering sharing the house

    "Anywhere in Redding is approx 15 minutes. Car thefts are high. Theft in general is high. Beautiful city. We moved here in 1991 and the parks were safe for kids. Now, kids come upon syringes etc. making it unsafe. The homeless problem is horrible as they steal and are at every corner begging for money. I’m so looking forward to leave this city after retirement. Mount Shasta and SHASTA lake are nearby. Mt Lassen is also close by to the East. Beautiful areas for hiking. "

I drive to work and have to pass all the homeless in the community park by the library n next to police station lots of fight I can’t go to library. People passed out on sidewalks downtown redding. Why do I pay taxes for police here they dont do much"
