About this House

After years of anticipation, the State owner 28.36 +/- acres at I-93 Exit 3 intersection of Route 111 and Route 111 (Range Road) is now available for sale. Now that this site is available it has become the best located large parcel off of an I-93 exit for many miles. The exit has undergone tremendous infrastructure improvements and is nearing completion. It is the primary exit and route for I-93 southbound travelers heading toward the Salem Broadway area and Canobie Lake Park. The new road (will) allows smooth traffic flow from Exit 3 both to Route 28 and to the eastern portions of Route 111; which was previously congested from Windham to Hampstead. The new interchange and roadwork now allows quick access to and from Hampstead, Plaistow, Salem area to Exit 3. The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) is accepting bids for the sale/development of the property. All offers to be presented & reviewed by committee.
