Comes with curtains & vertical blinds for large living room window that over look the courtyard trees + coat closet at front entry. Ceiling fan in bedroom and living room fan with remote control. Comes with an electric fireplace with remote control (ambiance only or thermostat settings). Floating vanity in bathroom, lit mirrored cabinet, full linen closet, frosted french door and additional mirrored vanity cabinet over commode + barn door. Bedroom has frosted 4-lite barn door, plantation shutters, large mirrored closet and upper/lower built-in dresser w/ soft close drawers. Laundry room has PayRange phone app or WASH card option and is located off the courtyard, as is the bike and surf board room. Front entry is gated with directory, intercom and security cameras. Parking is in gated garage + additional private storage bin over parking space. 55 Navy is a non smoking property. We are cat friendly, with a no dog policy...so sorry (ESAs' & visiting dogs' permitted). All viewings are by appointment due to the property being gated.
