Description

This conveniently located, nicely remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is available for rent near Main St & Bob Straub Parkway in Springfield. The ground floor apartment has been recently painted and tastefully updated.

The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, tile floor and ample prep/storage space. The bathroom includes shower with glass doors and other tasteful updates. Rental includes a private, fenced yard and covered patio off the dining/living room. There is also a small storage room off the back patio.

Rent includes water/sewer and refuse. The home is in a well-maintained small apartment building with security cameras.

Application Submission: Applications will be accepted starting 9/16/25 at 12 PM. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. Please visit our website and review our Rental Overview & Screening Info document for more info about what is required to complete your application. If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application.

Lease Term: One year

Pet Policy: Up to 1 pet may be allowed (dogs up to 25 lbs), but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power and Xfinity if desired. Owner/Agent pays for water/sewer and refuse service.

Laundry: Home includes access to shared laundry room with free washer/dryer access

Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping and exterior care.

Parking: 2 assigned parking spaces.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.

    "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

I find needles in the park and laundry mat. stay far far away."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
