Quiet safe neighborhood.
Full kitchen with oven and frig. Access to laundry room and deck with incredible views of the mountains/city and ocean. Shared use of private backyard with pool/jacuzzi/BBQ.

All Utilities included for a flat additional $175/month, including high speed internet.

$2,500 security deposit and stable full time employment required.

Driveway parking.

No dogs allowed.

Space intended for a single person. 2nd person will be considered for an extra $250/month.

Requires a 5-12 month lease. Will consider a month-to-month furnished rental for an extra $500/month.

Monthly income must be at least 3.1 times rent.
12 month lease. Landlord pays gas/electric/water/trash/landscaping plus internet for a flat additional $175/month.
