Description

Hey! Partially furnished private room for rent! Me, my fiance, and our roommate are looking for another tenant! It's a partially furnished private room in the Island part of Logan Utah for $750 a month including utilities and communal kitchen, living room, laundry area, and bathroom. We are a safe space and are extremely *wink wink* LGBTQ+ friendly! Smoke friendly too. We're nearby the Island market as well as bus-stops. There's limited parking spots and street parking only. We have 3 very sweet cats and would be open to one or two more as long as they're good with cats. No dogs unless you talk to the landlord first some exceptions might be made for "lap dogs" so long as they're nice to the cats. DM me if you're interested! If you know anyone who might be, feel free to share!

- No dogs unless small 'purse dogs' that are nice to cats with written agreement with landlord
- If large items are left in the communal areas without written agreement with landlord for longer than a week will result in a $20 fine
- If communal areas are left messy for longer than 24hrs there will be a $25 fee for us having to clean up after you.
- If rent is late a $50 dollar fee applies
- You will be expected to replace or fix any damaged property you cause
- this is a month by month lease if you do not give 30 days notice you will be responsible for paying a $100 short notice compensation fee.
- HOA is somewhat strict any violations
caused are tenants responsibility to pay.
- Quiet hours from midnight to 10 am
