Hadleigh Hills is a quiet, exclusive area. Not well known even by the locals. I lived in Simi for 6 years and never heard of it. Within a mile of 2 schools, others nearby. Houses built with plenty of land and lots of elbow room between them.
Many multi-million dollar homes in the area. No new construction in the area except for one mulit-million dollar estate up on top of a hill. The area is incomparable in Simi Valley. One of the best.
