If Tenant does not care for landscape as required and disregards notice to correct landscape by Landlord, Landlord reserves the right to contract yard maintenance and the Tenant will incur the cost of the landscape maintenance. Tenant agrees that the yards have been mowed within seven 7 days of occupancy and that grounds are in good condition. The Tenant further agrees to deliver the property, at the end of this tenancy, grass that is weed free, mowed, trimmed, edged and properly watered as well as trees and shrubs that have been trimmed and pruned, and planter areas free of weeds.
HOA: Tenant acknowledges that Tenant has received a copy of, read, understood and agrees to abide by all HOA rules and regulations an/or other changes assessed against the Property of Landlord by the HOA for Tenant's failure to comply with the HOA Rules. Landlord may charge back onto Tenant's ledger any fines or other charges assessed against the Property of Landlord by the HOA, as well as any administrative fees (which are subject to change from time to time at Landlord's sole discretion) incurred by Landlord in connection with Tenant's non-compliance with the HOA Rules.
