About this House

Renting a 4 bedroom and 2 full bath home located in Dover, DE. This single family home is located at 546 Fairview Avenue and features central air conditioning and gas heat with an updated kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the first and second floors and many additional features including a full unfinished basement, off street parking, rear deck, shed, and a one car garage.

Our current renters are moving and this home will be available for rent on August 12, 2024. The monthly rent is $2,000 per month and the renter is responsible for all utilities.

The first floor offers a large living room, formal dining room area, an updated kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. Two bedrooms and a full bath are also located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms including a large master bedroom that has two closets and a skylight and a full bath.
