Our current renters are moving and this home will be available for rent on August 12, 2024. The monthly rent is $2,000 per month and the renter is responsible for all utilities.

The first floor offers a large living room, formal dining room area, an updated kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. Two bedrooms and a full bath are also located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms including a large master bedroom that has two closets and a skylight and a full bath.

    "It is very quiet and safe. There are speed bumps along the main road throughout the neighborhood. Also very diverse. The people are friendly for the most part. I do wish we had side walks though. and i do wish there were more children to trick or treat during halloween. "

    "It’s very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. White Oak rd can be busy closer to 13 but this far back is great. Very close to Route 1 and lots of back road to drive to clear your mind when needed. Also still close to shopping, main road and highways, and Dover AFB."
