"The elementary school is the only downside of this area. Lindenwood elementary is ranked a 1 out of 10, middle and high schools are decent though. Better side to live on is on the shoop Ave side of the park, little sketchy the closer you go to Lafayette, but has definitely improved over the years. "

"Not the best area Parking is horrible People are nasty and don’t clean up after themselves or pets Parents don’t watch what their kids do and it’s really dangerous. I had two kids think it was funny to try and grab onto my side mirrors . Frequent gun shots and robberies "

We're also very close to downtown Norfolk, the Naval Base, ODU, Rte. 64, and the Amtrak station. New businesses are opening up on Tidewater and Shoop. "
