About this House

Very cute, 2 story cottage/ADU. Totally separate from the main house. Quiet neighborhood. Just over a mile from Caltrain and BART. Walking distance from downtown, a shopping center with a grocery store and 2 parks. Has in unit Washer and dryer, electric stove. Can come semi furnished or empty depending on renter preference. There is no smoking allowed inside and no illegal substances permitted. Landlord lives on site. Garden is shared.

The lease is for 12months. Rent expected to be paid promptly on the 1st of each month. Utilities are split based on usage between your cottage and the main house. There is a large dog on the property who does not get along with other big dogs or cats so while we love pets, yours would have to be the mostly indoor type to avoid potential conflicts. While I do not require renter's insurance, it is highly recommended since I will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to your personal property. You will have private access to your unit and access to the shared garden. You will have street parking and there is plenty available in our neighborhood.
