"There’s s truck and tractor pull every Labor Day and some carnival type games. Picnics, fundraisers and s really nice fireworks display in July. "

"There are dogs all around me. I see people walking their dogs in the neighborhood on a regular basis. I hear them barking and howling when the train goes by. There are also coyotes of in the distance howling. "

"Peaceful except for the train but I’m used to it now. Safe and very little crime. Never have had any incidents of theft in the area. I’ve lived here for 10 years "
