~Hi, urgently looking for a 4th roommate sadly "females only"! This is a 4 bedroom townhouse in Fairfax, VA. It is a 10 min drive to GMU/ Giant and walking distance to Target. There currently are 3 other girls living here in their mid 20-30s. We all have different schedules and keep to ourselves.

Cost:
-rent $647.50
-utilities gas/verizon vary around 50-100$ per month
-water bill is every 3 months around 50-80$
-security deposit: $750

Requirements:
-1 year lease. Starts June 1st.
-1 occupancy only. "No couples or kids"
-credit check/ background check
-no smoking

Room Details:
-Size: measures 134 x 114in aka "11 X 9.5 ft." U can fit a queen bed with a desk. Or a twin with a desk and nightstand. Has one window outlooking the back of the house. A closet that's deep on both sides. Closet measures: 92in L, 24in W, 96in H.

Shared Areas:
-1 shared bathroom: 1 1/2girls use it. It's mostly shared with another girl upstairs. Then the basement girl only uses the shower as she has her own half bath downstairs.
-parking is first come first serve. There's 2 spots at the townhouse and then street parking that is a 2min walk to the house.
