The roof seems to be in great working order, and we have not seen any evidence whatsoever of any problems or leaks throughout the entire monsoon season and all recent rains.

All appliances are included, including a washer & dryer that both work well, a newer refrigerator/freezer that works great, a dishwasher that works well, and the sink disposal also works well.
