St. Mary's Park and the local grocery store are at the end of the block and the 2,5,6 trains are within a 5 minute walk.

    "DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is loud, people are messy, and nobody has any respect for those who need to sleep. I saw a lady literally throw her plastic cup on the floor. ST Mary's park is nice but its always dirty in the morning because people don't know how to clean up after themselves. Its just all in all a crappy neighborhood to move into. Safe yourself paying over 2 grand a month to live in a "nice" apartment in a bad part of the bronx "
