This is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a conveniently located neighborhood. It has living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master bath has a step in shower. The hall bath has a tub and shower.

Kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator (new), dishwasher, disposal, and electric stove. Washer and dryer are not included.

Carpeted throughout with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms which are linoleum. Water heater is new. Window blinds are installed.

The apartment and carpet have been professionally cleaned within a week of this posting.

There is a wooden deck off of the kitchen door.

Renter's responsibilities:
City water and electricity bills
Maintaining home inside and out - this includes changing HVAC filters bimonthly or more often if necessary
Parking on paved driveway or street - no parking on the grass

Initial rental is for 1 year plus security deposit equal to 1 month's rent. Afterwards, lease is month by month unless a longer term is negotiated.

Potential renters must submit a credit report along with the application. This is nonnegotiable.

The best way to apply is through the Zillow application. Those are viewed first.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Renter pays for utilities. First month's rent and security deposit equivalent to monthly rent is due before occupancy. Contract begins with 1 year's lease and is negotiable after that.
