About this House

Welcome to 53 Rita Drive, Unit #C. This brick condo is part of a small complex of only owner-occupied units. These are typically not rental units.

This one-floor, ranch condo, is tucked away on a quiet residential street with only single family houses surrounding.

This is also an end-unit with no one above you, and it has its own egresses (front and side doors). You will find this unit to be very private and quiet.

This floor plan is filled with natural light. The professionally painted designer off-white walls, white trim, and the vaulted ceilings in the living room really make the space feel airy and new.

All new red oak hardwood floors have been installed throughout all the common rooms. This is rare as most units have carpet or laminate flooring throughout.

Both bedrooms are similar size and have new plush carpet.

The bathroom has been updated with new marble vanity, light, mirror, floor, and toilet.

The kitchen has all new hardware, new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and new white quartz counters. The black matte handles provide a modern look on the white cabinets. There is room for a small table in the kitchen.

Off the dining room there is a secluded paver patio. Again, you get a very private feeling as you cannot see any neighbors.

The condo comes with a garage and access to a very clean and dry basement. Great for storage. The laundry is in the lower level and both machines are included.

The best part of the condo is the huge living room with new black granite hearth fireplace and wood mantle. This room is large enough for any size furniture and makes a great space to relax or entertain. It's the first thing you see when you walk into the unit and with the raised ceilings, it makes an impressive first impression.

The condo comes with a new heat pump with central air.

Please keep in mind there is a strict application process that focuses heavily on credit. A minimum of 675 credit score is required for all adult occupants. There is also background check, employment, and income verification. No pets. One year minimum lease. Only one month security deposit with a strong application.

This unit is professionally managed. Please email first to setup a private showing.
Thank you for considering Rita Drive Condo for your next home.
