The downside is that there isn't much of a yard for kids to play in. The upside is that there isn't any yard to mow! Property is very close to Smithsonian Conservation Facility.

Very large deck, and balcony deck off master bedroom on 2nd floor. You would only have 1 neighbor's house that is close by. The pictures are now a few years old, so it isn't quite a perfect representation. Feel free to go by and investigate for yourself as it is currently empty.
